Doesn't that sound like a great movie title? (right up there with "Finding Forester," "Losing Isaiah," "Regarding Henry"...)
ANYWAY, since Eliza blessed us by coming in time, we were able to dedicate her this past Sunday as part of Calvary's Child Dedications that they have every year on Mother's Day (to see what it's all about, including the letter she'll be able to read when she's older, you can check out our post on Julia's dedication HERE).
Here she is, in the smallest little dress I could find in our clothing bins!
We did something slightly untraditional, in that we dedicated her twice on Sunday. :) Not because we have a prophetic awareness of how much extra spiritual support it will take to raise this one (at least, not yet...), but because Chad and I have been so deeply involved in two different Calvary worship gatherings.
Here's our solo dedication at Traditions...
And our group dedication at Calvary Classic (including another "met-in-the-Grace-Notes" couple on the end, Blair and Kathryn)...
We were so grateful to have Chad's parents and aunt and my dad with us for the day...
And we feel so blessed and so humbled by the two little lives the Lord has entrusted to us. To Him be the glory as we do our best to point them to Him!
