On the weekend of 11/14-16, we had the wonderful blessing of Mark and Erica (my college roommate) Simmons coming up to visit us. The excuse was the PSU-Indiana game, but it was a weekend full of reliving old memories, getting caught up on each others' lives, and just enjoying being together again.
The game was INCREDIBLY wet, but the temperature was unseasonably warm, which made it very tolerable. One of the side benefits was the rainbow that accompanied our ride home from the stadium!
We also had a great match-up of Trivial Pursuit, boys vs. girls. Although the boys eventually edged us out for the win, it was quite competitive...and entirely hysterical as the night wore on! (just say the words "Teddy Ruxpin" to any of us the next time you see us, and watch us dissolve into giggles...)

We love these two friends dearly, and value every minute we get to spend together! They had an opportunity to visit The Family Clothesline, so Little Girl Simmons (due in April) will be well-stocked with PSU attire -- as it should be! :)

We had a GREAT time, I'm so glad you introduced us to Home Delivery Pizza! But what the heck happened to Hiway downtown? Oh vay... Ah well, God's a constant but State College sure ain't :)
