Happy 5 Months!

Julia turned 5-months last week! Here are some pics marking the occasion...

(our little hairless Cue Ball, as Chad likes to call her...)

She just keeps growing! She loves...

• Babbling up a storm... (one sales clerk told me, "My, what a little chatterbox you have there!" Takes after her mother on that one, I'm afraid)


• Rolling all over the place... (and now gets up on her hands and feet in a modified pike position, not yet realizing that she needs to engage her knees if she ever wants to crawl)


• And laughing at our crazy antics (we often feel like the Griswolds in 'Christmas Vacation' when we launch into yet another song version in the car. "Take it, Russ! ... Fa la la la la, la la la la!")

We're so enjoying each of these stages of development -- but realize that we're getting very close to needing to babyproof our house!
